Every studio feature is included at every tier, from the smallest to the largest: furnish empty room, furniture replacement, decluttering, room finishing, floor replacement, sky enhancement, video animation, 4K Upscaler and free prompt edit. Only the monthly volume changes between tiers, not which features you can use.
Each tier grants 10 photos per active property: 30 photos for 3 properties, 50 for 5, up to 200 photos for 20 properties. That volume is spent as credits, freely split across features: 1 credit for a retouched photo, 2 credits for a 5-second video, 3 credits for a 10-second video. Nothing forces you to split credits evenly across your properties; an agency can concentrate its volume on the listings that need it most.
Every generation produces an HD render, exportable to 4K through the built-in Upscaler, delivered in under 30 seconds, enough to retouch a full photo set during a viewing or right before a listing goes live.
