CasaNova Labs is a SaaS platform for AI-powered real estate photo and video editing. Built for real estate agencies, brokers and individuals preparing a listing, it turns a single property photo into a listing-ready visual: furnishing an empty room, decluttering a lived-in interior, proposing a virtual renovation, improving the sky or garden in an exterior photo, or generating a short video of the property from the same source image.
The goal is to cut the time and cost needed to get photos that make people want to visit, without an extra photo shoot or photo-editing software to learn. The service is designed to fit an agency's actual workflow: upload a photo, pick a transformation, get a listing-ready render.
In residential listings, the photo decides whether the viewing happens. An empty home is hard to picture, a cluttered interior gets negotiated down, and physical staging — rented furniture, setup, a shoot — stays out of budget on most mandates. Traditional professional retouching, meanwhile, is billed per photo and measured in days of back-and-forth with a vendor. Between the two, nothing existed that an agent could run themselves, the same day they got back from the appointment.
That constraint is what CasaNova Labs was built around: start from a single phone photo and return a publishable visual before the end of the day, from a browser, with no retouching skills required. It explains the choices still visible in the product today — renders in under 30 seconds, a monthly subscription rather than per-item billing, and a catalog where photo and video draw from the same transformation balance.
The operating company, Bynevo Labs, was incorporated on 16 May 2025 in Paris, where the team is based. The service is built and published in both French and English.
Every transformation starts from a photo the user uploads and a transformation type chosen from the catalog below. A free-form instructions field lets the user steer the result toward a furniture style, color palette or mood, instead of receiving a generic forced render. The result is produced in under 30 seconds, delivered in HD, with an optional 4K upscale for visuals meant to be printed or enlarged.
Transformations are designed to preserve the geometry and perspective of the photographed property: the goal is to show how a property could be furnished, decluttered or renovated, never to misrepresent it in a way that would mislead a visitor. Generated visuals carry metadata marking that flags their AI origin. As with any automated production, a human review before publishing a listing is still recommended, particularly for properties with complex layouts or lighting.

The Pro plan starts at €42 excl. tax per month for 3 properties, with 30 transformations included in total (10 per property). Your balance is restored in full at every renewal. On an annual commitment, the equivalent rate drops to €35 excl. tax per month, i.e. €420 excl. tax per year (10 months billed out of 12).
