CasaNova Labs offers free and paid subscription plans (monthly/yearly depending on selection).
Applicable features and quotas are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.
Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is considered final once payment is confirmed.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, tax-exclusive or tax-inclusive as indicated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
In case of major service-side technical incidents, Bynevo Labs may offer a commercial remedy (credit, extension, partial refund).
Customers must use the service in compliance with the Terms of Use and applicable laws.
Customers remain responsible for uploaded content compliance and generated output usage.
Bynevo Labs total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the triggering event, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory law.
These Sales Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Paris, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
