Prohibited actions include uploading unlawful content, security bypass attempts, infrastructure abuse, and unauthorized reverse engineering.

AI outputs may include errors or artifacts and must be reviewed by a human before publication.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable sales terms, users keep rights over their source content and may use generated outputs for professional purposes, provided third-party rights are respected.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Bynevo Labs may perform maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions without compensation.
Bynevo Labs may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms breach, with or without notice depending on severity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bynevo Labs shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business, data loss, or loss of opportunity related to use of the service.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Paris, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
